WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are a seasoned Partner/ Principal who is wanting to make a change, a sole practitioner who is looking to transition back to a larger team OR an experienced ambitious Senior Associate/ Special Counsel who is looking to step up to Partner; have proven experience in front-end construction law (essential); have strong technical legal drafting & negotiation skills a strong commercial acumen ability to provide practical relevant advice; proven ability to lead and effectively manage client relationships ; have an entrepreneurial spirit with experience in business development/marketing (preferably with a transferrable client base or the skills/abilities to build up a practice over time); are ambitious driven to be the best you can be (professionally/personally)desire to lay down your roots long-term with an industry-leading firm are willing and able to relocate to Sydney (essential).
