About the Role As a Customer Service Officer you will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls regarding information on services, packages, and all other offerings. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Answering a high-volume of inbound calls in a timely manner Identifying customer needs, and providing accurate information Building rapport with customers Establishing customer needs and coordinating process and documents to support action plans Maintaining accurate administrative records About You Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Prior working experience in a high-volume call centre environment Ability to handle multiple calls and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on email lhasr.com.au.
