About the Role As a Design Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in driving engineering excellence. From process optimisation to quality assurance, you’ll support various product groups while working on exciting initiatives to improve manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities: Design jigs, equipment, and tooling to streamline manufacturing processes. Lead projects to automate workflows and minimise setup/changeover times. Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Map process flows and develop strategies to optimise lead times. Program and troubleshoot robotic systems while planning for future development. Ensure compliance with ISO 3834 & DIN 2303 standards and manage quality systems. Develop and maintain standard work procedures for consistent quality output. Conduct testing activities and provide technical expertise to support sales efforts. What You’ll Bring - Essential Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent. 3 years in CAD (Inventor/Solid Edge). Background in metal fabrication/production is highly desirable.
