We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Officer to join our Legal Operations team at DPHI , where you will play a pivotal role in managing diverse and meaningful tasks while contributing to projects that streamline business processes and drive efficiency. The role involves providing administrative and operational support across finance, reporting, staff onboarding, and system enhancements. You'll also be responsible for preparing accurate reports and correspondence and implementing streamlined processes to enhance our operations. About this role: Handling day-to-day admin tasks like financial processes, HR support, purchasing, and travel arrangements. Implement and monitor administrative and financial controls, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Prepare professional-grade correspondence, reports, and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs. Support project tasks and help implement streamlined processes and systems for improved efficiency. Manage records effectively to ensure accurate tracking, access, and retrieval. For more information read the full Role Description: Administration Officer What you will bring to the role Strong administrative and customer service skills, with experience providing administrative support in complex environments Solid time management and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and varying levels of complexity Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong decision-making skills, capable of managing tasks independently within set timeframes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse stakeholder Demonstrated proficiency in working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems and applications.
