About The Role: Are you passionate about learning, development, and empowering others to succeed? Compare the Market is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. Based in our Brisbane City office, this full-time role is instrumental in analysing learning needs, designing innovative instructional materials, and evaluating learning outcomes to enhance workforce capability. Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, team leaders, and external vendors to create engaging, effective learning solutions that elevate the user experience and align with organisational goals. This role will also play a key part in CTM's 2.0 strategy and fostering a high-performing culture. What You’ll Do: Utilise CTM’s learning methodologies and tools to create bespoke learning solutions. Develop detailed learning objectives, evaluation strategies, and instructional materials for blended and digital learning formats. Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and instructional strategies. Provide expert guidance to enhance training programs and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Design and produce multimedia content, including eLearning modules, animations, videos, and simulations using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. Develop instructor-led materials such as facilitator guides and learner workbooks. Manage projects with clear milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Continuously refine processes, templates, and methodologies to align with industry best practices. Oversee and manage the Knowledge Management System to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information. Regularly update the system to reflect the latest resources. Coordinate the Business Certificate III program, including scheduling, content delivery, and liaising with training providers and participants. Facilitate program delivery to ensure participant engagement and successful outcomes. Assess the effectiveness of learning materials through data-driven evaluations. Refine content based on learner feedback and performance assessments. Design comprehensive onboarding and induction programs for new team members. Collaborate with operations teams to develop role-specific training plans for leaders and staff. What You’ll Bring: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable). Minimum 3 years in Learning and Development roles. Expertise in instructional design methodologies for blended learning. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar. Vendor and project management experience. Familiarity with Adobe Suite (desirable). Understanding of national accredited qualification requirements (advantageous). Proficiency in multimedia and graphic design tools. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven evaluation and analytical capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
