Strong organisational and communication skills with clients and staffing groups. Confidence in providing leadership, support, and direction to the team. Promoting cultural safety, considering and involving the team to improve service delivery and working environment. Providing direct care and assistance to support our clients and establishing positive relationships with families and external services. Previous experience in leadership and within the disability sector preferred.
