The Role This position plays a key role in supporting the team to drive domestic student enrolments. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries from secondary schools and manage a variety of ad hoc administration tasks. Responsibilities Provide administration support to the wider team General admin tasks, printing, collating documents, packing and posting materials Monitoring an inbox and dealing with standard inquiries, updating calendars with bookings Managing inbound and outbound inquiries through phone, email. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in student services/customer service/administration roles Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills. Superior time management with the ability to work under pressure and proactive attitude.
