About the role With this role, you will be tasked in supporting external and internal stakeholders with solutions, Daikin’s expertise in all things controls and product & drive business growth. This role will be based in our Head Office at Chipping Norton, NSW working alongside the national engineering support team on all project related. Reporting to the Sales Engineering Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Provide support and solutions to technical queries relating to product application. • Develop and deliver regular workshops on engineering principles to the Sales Team. • Assist the development of existing and new Daikin control solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and market demand • Technical support to the sales team, service teams and customers on control solutions • Develop and maintain technical documentations, including specifications, user manuals and training materials for Daikin controls solutions. • Maintain and develop our relationships with consultants by developing general specification guides with strategic advantages. • Develop and maintain user application manuals to highlight the benefits and application for controls. About you • Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent qualification or HVAC trade qualification. • Minimum 2 years of experience working in roles like HVAC Engineering Support, Technical Sales Support and/or Mechanical Design Engineer. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Experience reading and interpreting technical plans and tender specifications. • High level of organisation skills with demonstrated attention to detail • Proactive approach to learning and personal development.
