About The Role: Are you passionate about empowering others to excel? Compare the Market is seeking an experienced Sales Coach to join our dynamic Learning & Development team. Based in our Brisbane City office, this role is instrumental in enhancing the sales capabilities of our Health Call Centre Consultants. Reporting to the Call Centre Leadership Development Lead, the Sales Coach will design and deliver coaching programs, provide one-on-one and group mentoring, and drive a culture of high performance across the team. As the Sales Coach, you will collaborate closely with team leaders and other stakeholders, ensuring a consistent approach to achieving sales excellence. This is a full-time opportunity for someone ready to make a tangible impact by fostering growth, engagement, and results within the organisation. What You’ll Do: Utilise CTM’s learning methodologies and tools to create bespoke learning solutions Develop instructor-led materials such as facilitator guides, learner workbooks, evaluation strategies, and instructional materials for blended and digital learning formats. Design and produce multimedia content, including eLearning modules, animations, videos, and simulations using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise. Manage projects with clear milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies. Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and instructional strategies. Continuously refine processes, templates, and methodologies to align with industry best practices. Oversee and manage the Knowledge Management System to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information. Coordinate the Business Certificate III program, including scheduling, content delivery, and liaising with training providers and participants. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in sales coaching or a similar role within a call centre environment. Demonstrated success in improving sales performance and achieving targets. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable). Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills to assess performance data and identify trends.
