If you love fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity to combine your leadership skills with your love for the industry Position: Warehouse 2IC Location: Lidcombe Key Responsibilities: Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards. Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain a positive work environment. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and implement procedures for inventory management and control. Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyse warehouse data, create reports, and optimize processes for increased efficiency. Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel. Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on best practices, procedures, and safety protocols. Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, vlookup, and data analysis. Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking, and shipping/receiving processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
