You will join a dedicated Digital Transformation branch that supports the improvements of organisational effectiveness to meet current and future needs. Your new role As an experienced Service Designer, you will work across multiple initiatives to provide expertise on digital transformation, ensuring both internal and external user needs are met. As part of this, you will be responsible for: Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end service design initiatives within the digital transformation program. Engage with internal stakeholders and regulated entities to understand their needs, behaviours and expectations. Develop service blueprints, journey maps and other artefacts to communicate service improvements. Identify opportunities to improve service delivery by streamlining processes, reducing friction and enhancing user experiences. Contribute to the development of the teams design capability, frameworks and tools. What you'll need to succeed Expertise in service design methodologies, including discovery, journey mapping and co-design workshops. Experience in digital transformation projects, particularly in complex or regulated environments. Be open to new ideas and ways of thinking, and empower others to explore new approaches to long-standing or emerging problems.
