As part of an expansion phase inAustralia, a newly created opportunity has been created for an experiencedSales Engineer to join the team, based in Western Australia. Your new role Reportingto the Sales Director, the main purpose of the role is to increase marketpenetration and secure specification of the company products. Keyresponsibilities include: Prepare and delivertechnical presentations to potential customers, explaining how their products andservices work. Collaborate withcustomers and engineers to ensure they meet customer requirements. Work closely with other members of the sales team, to better understand customer demands, and provide sales andtechnical support where needed. Secure orders,maintain product standards, and ensure timely product delivery in collaborationwith channel partner. Establish rapportwith clients, addressing their needs and solving product usage problems. Recommend new andimproved products, emphasizing cost-effectiveness. What you'll need to succeed Possess a Bachelor'sDegree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Civil Construction, Geotechnical, with a minimum ofthree years of relevant experience. Demonstrateexceptional communication skills, effectively bridging the gap betweensolution-focused selling and conveying technical information in an easilyunderstandable manner. Exhibit strongcommercial awareness within the construction sector. Preferably haveexperience in distribution, consultative selling/presentations, and/or businessdevelopment within the construction industry. Proficient in IT, with practical experience in Microsoft Office, CRM, and other data management systems, or demonstrate an understanding of the benefits and successful utilization of such systems.
