The Role: We're looking for a passionate and skilled Sales Professional to develop long-term customer partnerships, promote the company's products and services, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote whole-goods, parts, and services. Utilise the Sales Advantage tool to document and track sales activities, contributing directly to the proposal process and customer satisfaction. Understand and leverage manufacturers' programs to achieve market share goals. Conduct field demonstrations and operate machinery at customer sites. Evaluate used equipment values for trading purposes. Ensure timely follow-up on sales to guarantee customer satisfaction. Coordinate equipment pickup and delivery as needed. Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and maintain a professional image in all customer interactions. About You: To be successful, you'll bring: Prior sales experience, preferably with John Deere products. Strong understanding of local market conditions and resale values of machinery. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer skills. Proactively seek and participate in company-sponsored training to continuously develop your knowledge and skills. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
