Key Responsibilities: Assist the operations manager deliver the current planned maintenance, minor works and projects for Education sites. Prepare tender documents, estimates, and project packages. Supervise construction and maintenance projects, ensuring safety and efficiency. Conduct building inspections, including asbestos sampling. Maintain & build high-quality client relationships. Requirements: General Supervisory Skills with experience in construction/maintenance. Current Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) General Safety Induction Card. Construction-related trade qualification Open Driver’s License, knowledge of building construction and maintenance regulations, and strong leadership skills.
