With the head office based in Perth and projects across WA, this growing organisation specialises in turnkey design and construction projects. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of tasks, including, generating monthly progress reports, providing administrative support to the Project Managers, and continually reviewing processes and procedures. As this is a privately owned and operated business, you will be given the opportunity to continually progress and learn the complete scope of contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Implement and review systems and procedures related to contract administration. Maintain accurate records of all project activities. Complete daily timesheets and assist with administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Maintain subcontractor records, including insurances and safety documentation. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed, costed, and well-timed project plans, providing regular updates on progress and costs. Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences. Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving defect-free projects on time and within budget. Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project demands. Sound understanding of financial reports and basic accounting principles. High attention to detail and accuracy in completing forms and reports.
