This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of fitout and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts to ensure compliance and seamless project execution. Assist in procurement and negotiate subcontractor agreements. Monitor project budgets, provide cost forecasting, and control expenditures. Review and process progress claims and payment certificates. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Support the project team by facilitating meetings and managing documentation. Contribute to contract negotiation and identify risk mitigation strategies. What You’ll Need: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in construction or fitout projects. Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or related fields. Strong knowledge of contract management and project cost control. Familiarity with construction software like Procore or Jobpac (preferred). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Must be Perth-based with full Australian work rights.
