About the Role We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by building relationships with architects and developers, managing exciting projects ranging from $100k to $15M, and collaborating on strategies to take our business to new heights. Tasks and Responsibilities: Build and nurture strong relationships with architects and developers. Manage projects including homes, duplexes, apartment renovations, and townhouses. Collaborate with the Commercial BDM to develop and implement winning strategies. Stay ahead of market trends and monitor competitor activities. Deliver impactful presentations and successfully close deals. Skills and Experience Proven experience in business development, preferably in construction or related industries. Strong relationship-building skills and a network of industry contacts. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
