Pack & palletise items securely to ensure they are ready for dispatch. Meet company KPIs, including picking speed and accuracy. Maintain efficiency during peak periods. Adapt quickly to changing demands in a high-pressure, fast-paced distribution environment. What you need to be successful: Ability to maintain physical stamina for fast-paced picking. Previous experience with manual labour. Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy, repetitive lifting. Proven work history. Forklift license with reach experience highly regarded. Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently and able to meet KPIs/targets Ability to adapt to changing work demands and a fast-changing environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
