We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to provide administrative support & assist with the day-to-day functions. This role is based in Penrith Responsibilities: - Administration such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and preparation of correspondence - Assisting with the preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, plans, reporting, and meeting minutes as required - Assisting the BGIS team with contractor management - Processing of incoming invoices.
