This is a 13-story luxury project, with a high-end level of finishes, it will not be for the faint-hearted, but if youre driven and want to build a career in Commercial Construction, then this is the opportunity for you. Your Duties: Assisting the Structures Foreman with daily tasks in a trade-based leadership role, assisting with the coordination of trades Assisting the Finishing Foreman with overseeing all internals with a focus on the Units On the tools, usual Leading Hands Duties Providing day-to-day direction, supervision, and management of on-site trades. Directing and endorsing policy to fulfil objectives and achieve specific goals. Reporting to and assisting site managers. Provide hands-on assistance where required. Monitor on-site compliance and safety.
