What you will do: Lead projects including scoping to deliver customer experience insights and solutions, including pilots and proof of concepts to ensure products and services and designed to meet customer needs. Uncover and define opportunities and solutions Conduct qualitative and quantitative research within various methods Produce design assets including, customer journey maps, service design and blueprints Planning, managing and facilitating the delivery of a number of CX stakeholder Create wireframes for low fidelity and high fidelity Lead building CX capability to drive best in class design to uplift frameworks and processes Work with the digital team & UX/UI Designer to drive customer experience outcomes. What you've done: Customer Experience role 3 years Built Customer journey maps and service design blueprints Strong Experience in driving excellence in customer-centric experience and human Centred design, or related fields Practical experience in customer research, prototyping and testing Experience of design across web and apps Stakeholder communication and management Nice to have: Experience in financial services or capital Markets Exposure to working with business Architecture and process disciplines
