About The Opportunity Programmed is currently seeking an administrative assistant to join our Property Services team. Our administration team provides support to our Queensland Open Space, Painting, Building Projects and Corporate Imaging business units. This position is a full-time maximum-term role covering maternity leave until May 2026. Based in Wacol, this position will play a crucial role in supporting our property services team by providing accurate data entry, administration support and raising purchase order across the contracts.
