Apply Systems Administrator Sydney, Australia Permanent $100000 - $120000 per annum A leading manufacturer of microphones and audio equipment is looking to add a Systems Administrator to their small and close-knit team. The Sydney-founded company has been in operation for the last 60 years and has successfully grown to becoming a global market-leading organisation with offices across 4 continents. The Systems Administrator will work very closely with the IT Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the IT Systems & Hardware. Acting as a mentor, the Systems Administrator will help develop the current Level 1 Engineer and act at the senior person as the team expands. The successful candidate will have proven experience in Level 2/3 Systems Administration and have proven technical ability across the Microsoft stack. There will be opportunities to get hands on various projects across the business including any cyber security initiatives that are rolled out. What you will be doing: Provide level 2/3 support across desktops, hardware & software Manage and maintain Windows and Mac devices Systems Administration across Microsoft stack ( Intune, EntraID, AD, O365, Windows 11, Azure ) Manage Windows Server infrastructure Support of backup technologies - preferably Veeam Continuous improvement of systems and processes Act as an escalation point for L1 Engineer What you need to succeed: Proven experience in L2/3 Systems Administration Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products ( Intune, EntraID, Azure, O365 ) Hands on experience managing servers in a Virtual environment Strong knowledge of basic Networking concepts Excellent communication skills both oral and written An understanding and appreciation of AI LLM's A hunger to learn and to innovate What you will receive in return: Close one-to-one mentoring from the IT Manager Opportunity to work with a broad range of technologies Staff discounts on company products Free onsite Gym Onsite breakfast, pastries, fresh fruit and pies If you think you are the one to shine in this role APPLY now for a confidential chat Apply Back to job search
