As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the voice of the company, handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing top-notch service. With a strong emphasis on top-notch customer service and providing a comprehensive expertise-driven experience to their customers, this role requires individuals with a proven track record in the financial services sector and previous call centre experience. The Duties Managing inbound calls Responding to verbal and written requests (e.g., account inquiries, payout letters, loan statements, direct debit updates) Updating customer records and assisting in other operational areas as directed by the Manager In office 5 days : 8:30am - 5pm About You Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. A background in the banking space, a plus if you have asset finance or lending experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Switched-on and proactive, with great attention to detail.
