WOW Recruitment is seeking a talented Sydney-based Sales Executive to join our client in the event organiser space. You will play a pivotal role in driving event attendance and revenue by identifying, targeting, and converting potential delegates into paying attendees. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve delegate targets. Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn). Build strong relationships with potential delegates and industry stakeholders. Utilise CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing and event teams to ensure sales alignment. Requirements: Proven track record in sales (ideally outbound) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Why This Role?
