This position requires the successful applicant to drive sales success and represent Australia’s finest premium beef on the global and domestic stages with Stanbroke The Role: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team with proven communication and leadership skills. Reporting to the General Manager, in this role, you will lead sales initiatives to drive growth, foster strong client relationships, innovate, and expand Stanbroke's market presence in both domestic and international markets. As a key member of the sales team, you’ll collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction. With a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you’ll contribute to the continued success of Stanbroke’s premium beef portfolio. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and secure new business opportunities across domestic and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction. Lead and develop a high-performing team of global professionals to drive sales growth. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights for senior management. Represent Stanbroke at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. Travel domestically and internationally as required to meet the demands of the role. Who We Are Looking For: You have experience in team and sales leadership, ideally within the beef or broader food and agriculture industry. You have strong commercial nous and the ability to negotiate and secure profitable deals. You have a comprehensive understanding of domestic and international meat markets and supply chains. You have proven and demonstrated communication, relationship management, and analytical skills. You have a proactive, adaptable approach in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Desirable: Experience in export sales and knowledge of international trade regulations. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Why Join Stanbroke?
