About the role: We are currently seeking experienced support workers to join our team and assist our client based in Drysdale on the Bellarine Peninsula. The following shifts are available on-going each week starting ASAP: Monday 3:30pm to 7:30pm Wednesday 09:30am to 12:30pm Friday 09:30am to 12:30pm Duties involve taking the clients for community access outings and assisting with transport as well as some assistance with meal preparation and light house cleaning. Opportunities for shifts with other clients in the area may also become available in the future. This is a casual role but could become permanent part time. About yourself: Excellent communication skills, compassionate, friendly and approachable Able to build a strong rapport with your clients while maintaining professional standards Reliable and flexible to meet clients needs The ability to impact each individual's life offering support with independence, empowerment, and inclusion in the community Key Requirements: Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support. Nursing students with 6-8 weeks of nursing placement experience can also apply.
