Role Overview Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you taking ownership of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for every client. You will be responsible of managing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and providing solutions with care. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationship with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple channels of communication – phone, email and live chat will be crucial in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and product concerns while maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor. Accurately log and update customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system, ensuring proper documentation for future reference. Assist in promoting and cross-selling products and services when appropriate, contributing to sales and revenue targets. Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams or management, ensuring timely resolution. Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution rates. Regularly review and stay informed on the company’s products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Candidate Profile You are a highly motivated and customer-focused individual, eager to take on a critical role in driving exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction. You possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and excel at building positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Ideally, you come from a dynamic industry, such as retail, hospitality, or telecommunications, where you've developed a deep understanding of customer needs and service excellence.
