We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join a highly motivated team within a well-established and growing organisation specialising in the supply of high-quality products to the food industry. Working from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday , this role offers stability, career growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Lead, supervise, and support a small team of warehouse staff to meet productivity targets. Accurately scan goods in and out using Exonet and Netstock software. Process 5-8 orders daily, ensuring timely and error-free order fulfilment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment. Assist with stock management, ensuring proper storage and accurate inventory tracking. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Key Requirements: Proven experience in team management, ideally in a warehouse or similar environment. A current LF (Forklift) licence is essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. A reliable work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines. Basic understanding of computer systems and logistics software.
