Why is this role for you? You’re a contracts administrator who has a few $20million projects under your belt and you now need a change. You know the market is starting to pick up again and you want 2025 to be your year. Long term you want to progress into a senior CA position and then become a PM - which you can 100% achieve in this role. You don’t want to get burnt out or make a bad move though. And that won’t happen here. There's a reason why staff stay on average 7 years and why their retention rate is at 91% over the last 2 years. Well above the industry average. You’ll learn more skills under the guidance of other experienced CA’s and PM’s and if there is something you don’t know or need to brush up on they’ll get you some extra training. They want you to feel comfortable in your role and be the best you can. You'd earn a yearly bonus and their maternity/paternity scheme is excellent. You have delivered projects in the industrial, commercial, health, aged care or education sectors.
