About the role Are you an inspiring educator ready to make a real impact in alternative education setting? TAFE Gippsland is looking for an experienced VIT registered teacher to deliver the Victorian Pathways Certificate. The Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) is an inclusive, flexible option and foundation studies for students who require a more individualised and flexible program for their last two years of secondary schooling at a more accessible level than VCE or VCE Vocational Major. The VPC program aims to build the skills, knowledge, values and capabilities that enable students to make informed choices about pathways into further education, training and/or employment. About you A strong understanding of integrated approaches to learning in the Victorian Pathways Certificate You can plan and implement authentic, motivating and, impactful teaching strategies, leveraging technologies to enhance learning experiences. Ability to monitor and assess student learning, using data to inform teaching practices and provide valuable feedback on student learning growth. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build collaborative relationships with students and colleagues. A commitment to reflection and continuous professional development, always striving to elevate the quality of your teaching and learning.
