Role As the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, preparation, coordinating, oversight, management and execution of estimating activities for the business from opportunity identification through the pre-qualification, tendering, submission and negotiation phases. You will lead a team of permanent staff and manage responsibility for assigning and managing all bid resources including; HSEQ, HR, procurement, financial, commercial/legal, technical and risk.
