About the business and the role: Nillumbik Leisure are looking for Swimming and Water Safety, Infant and Preschool and Access Inclusion Teachers to join our Award Winning Swim School. Swim Teachers will be responsible for the delivery of safe, productive, innovative and exceptional swimming lessons by maintaining, a solid understanding of the Swim and Survive program, industry developments and the OH&S guidelines applicable to the facility. Swim Teachers will continuously display their ability to communicate and engage effectively with students ensuring students of all abilities, ages and cultural needs receive an outstanding program. They will work relentlessly to engage with all students and parents regularly to maximise member retention opportunities. They will take pride in operating such an important community asset and ensure it is presented immaculately and maintained to the highest standards at all times. Nillumbik Leisure Facilities Swim Teachers will have the opportunity to work across both Eltham Leisure Centre and Diamond Creek Outdoor Pool. Eltham Leisure Centre features an 8 lane 25m pool, dedicated Learn to Swim Pool, Toddler Pool, Outdoor Splash Park, Warm Water Pool and Spa, Steam and Sauna facilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. High calibre of Swim Teaching 2. Daily Swim School operations 3. Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: 1.
