Opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop their experience in-house in technology law Your new company Our client is a global leading provider of professional services fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture that emphasises the importance of developing talent and promoting diversity. Your new role As Legal Counsel, you will support senior management in working strategically and commercially with the technology services arm of the business, to shape new business offerings and provide legal advice relating to contracting with their clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing trusted and sensible advice on technology client contracting matters Providing oral and written legal advice to stakeholders on a range of technology client contracting matters Undertaking legal analysis and providing clear, plain English advice to management on commercial arrangements and legal obligations Drafting contract documents such as Master/Umbrella/Framework Services Agreements, Technology-specific Services Agreements, Subcontract Agreement, License Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Service Schedules/Modules, and Statements of Work/Order Documents.
