The Role Toll are seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join the Fuels & Gases team at their Gap Ridge based office, you will primarily be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our employees along with purchasing and other administrative duties to support business operations. This permanent role is a Monday to Friday position offering a 38 hour work week with flexible working hours to suit you. Key Responsibilities Undertake core operational administrative data entry, including but not limited to payroll, invoicing and purchase orders Process end-to-end payroll for casual and permanent employees, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime and leave Handle payroll queries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Order company uniforms and PPE for employees Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years experience in an administration position (preferred) Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with strong numerical and analytical skills Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Microsoft office suite expertise including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Benefits Permanent Full time Position Annual Leave & Personal Leave Entitlements 38 Hour work week with flexible working hours to suit your needs 11.5% Superannuation Contributions Opportunities for professional development and career progression Be part of a supportive and collaborative team Working at Toll At Toll, we're proud to be a leading integrated logistics provider in the Asia Pacific region.
