We are currently recruiting a Contract Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading construction company working on a diverse range of residential and commercial developments. The company handles projects including townhouse complexes apartment buildings, childcare centres, and multi-use complexes, with a £40 million project currently under construction. Key Responsibilities: Quotation Management : Arrange for quotations to be sent for individual trades, ensuring competitive pricing and scope alignment. Scope of Works : Assist in defining the scope of works for various trades and project phases. Data Management : Input all project data into DataBuild software, including purchase orders, invoices, and other essential documentation. Cost to Complete Reporting : Provide accurate cost to complete reports, helping to track project budget and progress. Basic Estimating & Take Offs : Assist with basic estimating and take-offs for project costing. RFI’s & Reporting : Manage Requests for Information (RFI’s), record meeting minutes, and generate PCG reports to ensure clear communication across the team. Essential Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in a similar contract administration role within the construction industry. Familiarity with DataBuild software for inputting and managing project data. Solid understanding of cost control, scope definition, and contract documentation. Basic knowledge of estimating and take-offs, with the ability to support project teams.
