About the opportunity We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team. With a focus on assisting the sales team, the role will consist of the following aspects; Providing general administrative and clerical support to the sales team and customers, delivering exceptional service - communicating via multiple channels. Handling sales-related activities, quotes, data entry, bookings, orders, and other information Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required Taking ownership of your work, including managing workflow and preparing accurate quotes. Gathering client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer retention. About You To excel in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service and ability to meet relevant KPI's Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
