This role requires individuals with experience in the banking and financial services sector, and previous client facing experience. About You Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes effectively. A background in the banking space, a plus if you have asset finance or lending experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Switched-on and proactive, with great attention to detail. An aptitude for understanding complex concepts and absorbing information quickly.
