An opportunity to work full time hours as a temp for this Global leader in the Customer Service department. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person who loves Customer Service, is great on ERP systems and will follow the process through from start to finish. Duties include: Develop and maintain a customer communication process that enables customers to be advised of any late orders prior to delivery Respond to all customer queries, either via telephone, email in a timely and professional manner Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders i.e. Estimators Team, Sales Team, Warehouse Team, Purchasing Team Maintain customer records (including opening of new Customer Account Applications) Initiate and maintain regular contact with customers to build and strengthen relationships to secure businesses Manage order process and clear roadblocks and escalate issues to facilitate team performance Develop and grow a strong and resilient team environment These are full time hours, working from 9am - 5pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm. The Customer Service Manager is someone who everyone loves to work for and has created a really good environment.
