The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to: Promptly respond to all inbound email and telephone inquiries, addressing customer questions or concerns efficiently Provide prompt and efficient service to customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner Track and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, preferences, order history, and support tickets via ERP system Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and delivery updates to manage expectations Act as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, offering solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction Investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, such as order issues, incorrect shipments, or billing errors, in a timely and accurate manner The Candidate This list highlights the specific requirements that would make you a successful candidate, demonstrating the importance of technical expertise and soft skills in the manufacturing or distribution environment where problem solving is crucial to overall success.
