About the role As a Field Worker (Construction) you will be part of the Capital Delivery team and will be responsible for undertaking skilled civil and/or municipal construction and maintenance work in accordance with Council standards. Some of your key responsibilities will include: This job will entail working within a team of 4-5 employees to assist the completion of road and park construction works such as concreting driveways and footpaths, full road reconstruction, pouring kerb and channel and park construction You will be required to operate machinery within your licencing requirements Ensure all machinery and equipment is maintained to manufacturer’s specifications and Council standards. View the position description Field Worker B (Construction) for more details about the role About you To be successful in this role you will have: Current C Class Drivers Licence General Safety induction (Construction Industry) Card A Certificate III in Construction would be desirable A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (Including Drug and Alcohol Testing) About the benefits There are multiple positions available for Field Worker B on a full-time permanent basis at LGE level 4-5 depending on experience, commencing at $64,571 for Field Worker A plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
