Location : Hybrid role with Monthly Office Days Start Date : 23 January 2025 End Date/Duration : 31 March 2025 (with potential for extension) Pay Rate : $33.96 - $35.58 per hour superannuation Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1-hour lunch break) About the Role: Our client is a Government Organization and are seeking a Customer Support Officer to join their team in Dubbo. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home with monthly office days required. The position is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support related to the end-to-end procurement process, including invoice look-ups, purchase order number queries, and resolving payment-related issues. You will also be required to navigate various web-based systems and handle incoming calls in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming customer calls, investigate inquiries, and resolve issues related to payments, invoices, and purchase orders • Navigate through various web-based systems efficiently • Provide support throughout the end-to-end procurement process (up to $250k) • Invoice look-ups, problem-solving, and addressing workflow queries • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken • Participate in monthly team office days at the Dubbo TSS Office • Work within a collaborative team of 12 Essential Skills and Experience: • Administrative experience is essential • Call centre experience is highly preferred • Ability to effectively navigate multiple web-based systems • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-volume customer inquiries • Experience in invoice management and procurement processes is an advantage • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: • This role is for candidates preferably based in the Dubbo area, but we will consider applications from outside the region for the right candidate. • Full training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed in this role. • There is no overtime required except for rare occasions as directed by the Hiring Manager.
