McArthur is seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer, with strong communicative and administration skills to help support the Community Care team. This is a temporary opportunity until March 13th, has an immediate start and is located in Footscray Along with an administrative background, the ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of client and information management systems, with programs such as the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal, Sharikat Khoo and TRIM. Key Responsibilities Reconcile and update client information across external and internal client management systems, ensuring that records are up to date and accurate. Assist the Community Care Team to process incoming referrals. Implement and refine efficient administrative processes where required. Identify and troubleshoot/ rectify administrative errors and issues. Highly Desirable Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in an office administration role. Certificate III or higher in Administration or similar qualification Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Publisher). An ability to understand and use client and information management systems with programs such as the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal, Sharikat Khoo and TRIM. You must have a current Working with Children Check, valid Police Check & full working rights in Australia to be considered for this position.
