Successful candidates for this role will demonstrate a passion for teaching and learning, a commitment to staying updated on educational best practices, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students. Additionally, teachers should embrace technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience. The person in the position should have an evidence-informed approach to learning and an acute interest in current and future initiatives in learning and curriculum, including areas such as: Enhancing student learning and wellbeing. The chosen candidate is anticipated to collaborate with all staff to benefit our students. They will report directly to the Head of the Learning Area (HOLA) and the Deputy Principal of Teaching and Learning. Additionally, the successful candidate will oversee a Homeroom at the beginning of each day, which entails pastoral and administrative duties for our students.
