You will engage with our passengers ensuring the experience they receive is exceptional, while providing first class customer service at all times. This will include working as part of a team and taking responsibility for efficient operations, including, safety and legislative compliance, all operational and administrative functions. This position requires an experienced Cafe Team Leader who demonstrates energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, efficiency & self-motivation. You will have the flexibility to be available across a 7-day roster including, weekends and public holidays. About You Previous experience in hands on food and beverage roles including 2 years hospitality Team Leader responsibilities Ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team Exceptional Customer Service skills Assist with preparing and presenting food Great coffee making skills Lead, mentor and train the food and beverage team Strong interpersonal and communication skills Achievement and results driven Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively Skills, Qualifications & Experience Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential Food Safety Certificate – Essential Excellent coffee knowledge and coffee service skills First Aid/CPR certificates (or willing to obtain) About Us SeaLink South East Queensland is the largest marine operator in Moreton Bay operating vehicle and passenger ferry services to Straddie, the Southern Moreton Bay Islands and the Moggill Ferry.
