The candidate will report directly to the Senior Design Manager & be heavily involved in cross-department collaboration. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded in design & have project experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all design processes to meet project schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project delivery. Oversee design documentation, compliance, and quality, addressing challenges to enhance constructability. Facilitate integration of design with safety, construction, and commercial considerations. Assist in client liaison, stakeholder management, and authority approvals. What you'll need to succeed: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 4 years of experience in design coordination, including ECI, tender, and construction phases. Comprehensive knowledge of design processes, documentation, and compliance. Experience and exposure to both commercial and residential projects, including new builds and refurbishments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and collaborate effectively.
