Supervise and coordinate construction teams on-site, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure efficient project delivery Liaise with clients and subcontractors, maintain a safe work environment, and uphold quality standards Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and meet project deadlines Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or challenges Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the construction project Preferred Requirements: Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and technical aspects Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and manage a skilled workforce Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders Ability to adapt to changing environments, identify issues, and implement timely solutions Mandatory Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate IV in Building and Construction or related field Valid First Aid Certificate Construction White Card or equivalent certification
