Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for leadership and a knack for driving results? We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and lead our efforts focusing on corporate and government clients. What will you do? Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the mid-large market segment, identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring effective account management, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. Set performance objectives and KPIs for the sales team, regularly assessing individual and team performance, and providing coaching and support for continuous improvement. Analyze complex sales situations and develop effective solutions, using your strong business acumen to align sales strategies with customer needs. Utilize CRM software and other sales productivity tools to enhance team efficiency and track progress. Provide insights from sales data and market trends to develop accurate forecasts and reports, informing decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts and product development, equipping the sales team with necessary tools and training. Develop and execute territory plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage and maximum market penetration. Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture, providing mentorship and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Leverage strong industry connections and knowledge of sales growth strategies in a competitive environment to drive success. What have you accomplished? 5 years of proven track record of success in mid-large market sales, preferably in a leadership capacity. Experience in sales strategy development and execution. Demonstrated experience in sales planning which delivers optimum sales results. Extensive experience in the acquisition and account management of major accounts, including government. Experience in the management and optimization of end-to-end sales teams. Why are we the right fit for you?
