Job Description The Engineering Manager oversees multiple squads within the Engineering Practice at Beyond Bank and reports directly to the Head of Engineering. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of software to support business objectives, with a focus on key technologies such as the Microsoft stack and Azure integration. You will manage both internal and external technology deliveries, provide technical support, and oversee third-party relationships to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals. Your expertise in technology and agile methodologies will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering value. In the role you will Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of software to support business strategy and outcomes. Manage both in-house software delivery and delivery through key technology partners. Focus on Microsoft stack (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, M365), Azure integration, and Lending Origination platform. Provide level 2 technical support for the Microsoft stack and Lending Originations. Evaluate and manage third-party relationships, service level agreements, and contracts with external technology partners and suppliers. Drive negotiations, identify efficiencies, and explore opportunities for vendor disentanglement.
