About the role: Full time Monday – Friday hours rostered between 8:15AM and 5:00PM in Caboolture. 6-month initial contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. Receiving inbound calls, emails and webchats to provide exemplary customer service to the local community. Process applications and complete financial transactions in line with policy and procedure. Support and impact continual improvements and efficiencies for the customer. Foster and drive a positive working environment contributing to the overall success of the team . About you: Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour. Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and effectively with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and improving community well-being. Unrestricted working rights within Australia and ability to obtain a clear police check.
